Children’s Ministry Worker (Part-Time) - Pilgrim Congregational Church | Hemet, CA

At Pilgrim Congregational Church, we believe faith should be expansive—not restrictive—and that kids deserve a spiritual grounding rooted in love, inclusion, curiosity, and joy.

We’re looking for two individuals (one person for elementary and one for preschool) to lead our Sunday morning experience for children, and help them grow up with a theology that never tells them they are broken or unlovable.

About the Role
- Lead a fun, engaging, and theologically grounded kids experience during our Sunday gatherings (curriculum provided)
- A commitment of only three hours every Sunday from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Compensation of $400/month

An Ideal Candidate Has:
- An understanding of Progressive Christian theology.
- A passion for creating spaces where kids know they are loved, accepted, and enough.
- A heart for inclusion, justice, and open-hearted faith development.
